Promoting Enterprenuership on Early Adolescence.

In German, a groups of researchers found that adolescents are willing to expend their efforts on enterprenuerial orientation and they are perceive to be in the enterprenuerial prospects. Willingness to expend effort and high levels of entrepreneurial orientation are associated with high levels of conscientiousness, openness to new experiences, and low agreeableness. This tend to look at the factor which personality involve in enterprenuerial on adolescents. Two hypotheses are proposed: (1) that an adolescent's entrepreneurial orientation (i.e., entrepreneurial interest, skills, and traits) and willingness to expend effort predicts entrepreneurial prospects (i.e., plans for future self-employment and career choices that allow for self-employment), and (2) that adolescents willing to expend effort have greater entrepreneurial orientation if they are members of a self-employed family and present personality characteristics similar to adult entrepreneurs.
